مصر هي بلد الحضارات، والعراقة، والأصالة، والتاريخ، وهي حاضنة نهر النيل، والوطن الأم لكلّ البلاد العربيّة، فهي تعتبر زينة البلاد، فالمتأمل في جمالها يَحار من أين يبدأ الوصف، هل يبدأ من بساطة الناس، وطيبتهم، وحبهم للضحك والفرح،

وهي بلد الشعراء والأدباء، وبلد التسامح، مما أضفى عليها جمالاً إضافياً يجعل زائرها لا يعرف للملل سبيلاً، فحين تذهب إلى مصر تستطيع أن تتخيل نفسك في عدة بلدان في آن واحد، فمن القاهرة التي تزهو بنيلها، إلى الإسكندريّة التي تنام على ضفاف البحر كعروسة فاتنة، إلى سهول الصعيد الخصب

الكابتن ممدوح قاسم من القاهره يعتبر من الجيل الذي يقدر بالذهب ولان هذا الجيل الذي لايعرف سوى فقط التدريب دون ذالك لايعرف المجاملة بالتدريب 

بطل بالمصارعة الرومانية بالقوات المسلحة المصرية وبطل قوة بدنية 

ونستذكر بأن الكابتن مؤخرا كانت له اصابة بعضلة الكتف وبفضل الله تعافى منها وانه بالتمرين لايتراجع ابدا وكما تحدثت انه يتعامل بالتمرين بجدية وبقوة تامه ومنها الكثير 

قد نسمع في حياتنا اليومية بعض الجمل التي تترك أثراً إيجابياً داخلنا، وتمنحنا بعض الأمل أو الحكمة، فللكلمات وقع مختلف من شخص لآخر، فبعضنا تعجبه دون أن يحرّك ساكناً، والبعض الآخر تراه قد بدأ بتطبيق الحكمة مما سمعه ليبدأ قصة نجاحٍ وليدة فكرة صغيره ومدرب بناء الأجسام صاحب ذو شخصية وكاريزما 

المدرب هو الشخص القادر على إعطاء الأوامر المناسبة في الوقت المناسب، وهو يعتبر الشخص المخمّن ذا العلم والدراية الكاملة بالرأي الأفضل، وطبيعة عمله تتمحور بإعطاء الأوامر والتمارين

الكابتن ممدوح القاسم ولاننسى ان الكابتن يعشق رياضة اخرى كرياضة المصارعه ورياضة القوة البدنية ويحمل صفة القوة البدنية ومن عشقه لهذه الرياضة الشجاعة الحقيقية هي مقاومة نفسك 

تلوح في سمائنا دوماً نجوم براقه، لا يخفت بريقها عنا لحظة واحدة نترقب إضائتها بقلوب ولهانه، ونسعد بلمعانها في سمائنا كل ساعة فاستحقت وبكل فخر أن يُرفع اسمها في عليانا.
